Ruapehu type, geologic location, eruption history, and shape

The ruapehu volcano, located in North island, New Zealand, stands 2797 meters tall, and 110 kilometer cubed all together. Ruapehu is an andosite stratovolcano(composite).It is a continental volcano. Its most famous eruptions were in 1945 and 1995, but its most recent one was in 2007. Ruapehu only has one vent but has a famous crater lake at the summit. This lake contains 8-10 million meters cubed of acid waters. This volcano formed with the subduction of the Pacific plate underneath the Indo-Australian plate. One could do so much besides touring the volcano, there is ski resorts, and you could go to the crater lake.
